DZIAŁ V LUDNOŚĆ
Uwagi ogólne
1. Tablice działu opracowano na pod
stawie:
1) bilansów stanu i struktury ludności faktycznie zamieszkałej na terenie gminy. Bilanse ludności sporządza się dla okresów międzyspisowych w opar
ciu o wyniki ostatniego spisu po
wszechnego przy uwzględnieniu:
a) zmian w danym okresie spowodo
wanych ruchem naturalnym (uro
dzenia, zgony) i migracjami ludno
ści (zameldowania i wymeldowania na pobyt stały z innych gmin i z za
granicy), a także przesunięciami adresowymi ludności z tytułu zmian administracyjnych,
b) różnicy między liczbą osób zamel
dowanych na pobyt czasowy ponad 2 miesiące na terenie gminy a licz
bą osób czasowo nieobecnych, któ
ra stanowi jednocześnie różnicę między liczbą osób zameldowanych na pobyt stały w gminie a liczbą osób faktycznie mieszkających na terenie gminy;
2) rejestrów Ministerstwa Spraw We
wnętrznych i Administracji - o migra
cjach wewnętrznych i zagranicznych ludności na pobyt stały;
3) sprawozdawczości urzędów stanu cy
wilnego - o zarejestrowanych małżeń
stwach, urodzeniach i zgonach;
4) sprawozdawczości sądów okręgowych o prawomocnie orzeczonych rozwodach.
2. Przez gospodarstwo domowe ro
zumie się zespół osób zamieszkałych razem 1 wspólnie utrzymujących się. Osoby samot
ne utrzymujące się samodzielnie tworzą jednoosobowe gospodarstwa domowe.
3. Przez ludność w wieku produkcyj
nym rozumie się ludność w wieku zdolności do pracy. Dla mężczyzn przyjęto wiek 18- 64 lata, dla kobiet 18-59 lat. Wśród ludności w wieku produkcyjnym wyróżnia się ludność w wieku mobilnym, tj. w wieku 18-44 lata jniemobilnym, tj. mężczyźni - 45-64 lata, kobiety - 45-59 lat. Przez ludność w wieku nieprodukcyjnym rozumie się ludność w wieku przedprodukcyjnym, tj. do 17 lat oraz ludność w wieku poprodukcyjnym,
mężczyźni - 65 lat i więcej; kobiety - 60 lat i więcej.
CHAPTER V POPULATION
General notes
1. Chapter tables were compiled on the basis of:
1) the balances of the size and structure of the population actually living in a gmina. Population balances are com
piled for periods between censuses on the basis of the last census, taking into account:
a) changes in a given period connected with vital statistics (births, deaths) and migration of the population (registering and canceling registra
tion for permanent residence from other gminas and from abroad) as well as address changes of the population due to changes in the administrative division,
b) difference between the number of people registered for temporary stay for a period of more than 2 months in a gmina and the number of people temporary absent there, which simultaneously makes the difference between the number of people registered for permanent residence in a gmina and the number of people actually living in the gmina;
2) the register of the Ministry of the Inte
rior and Administration on internal and international migration of population for permanent residence;
3) documentation of Civil Status Offices regarding registered marriages, births and deaths;
4) documentation of regional courts - re
garding legally valid decisions in actions for divorces.
2. Household is a group of people liv
ing together in housing unit jointly main
taining themselves. Persons living alone and independently maintaining themselves constitute a one-person households.
3. The working age population refers to males, aged 18-64, and females, aged 18-59. In this category the age groups of mobility (i.e. 18-44) and non-mobility (i.e. 45-64 for males and 45-59 for fe
males) are distinguished. The non
working age population is defined as the pre-working age population, i.e., up to the age of 17 and the post-working age population, i.e., 65 and more for males and 60 and more for females.

4. Dane o ruchu naturalnym ludności w podziale terytorialnym opracowano: mał
żeństwa - według miejsca zameldowania męża przed ślubem; rozwody - według miejsca zamieszkania osoby wnoszącej powództwo; urodzenia - według miejsca zameldowania matki noworodka; zgony - według miejsca zameldowania osoby zmarłej.
Współczynniki reprodukcji ludności:
współczynnik dzietności oznacza liczbę dzieci, które urodziłaby przecięt
nie kobieta w ciągu całego okresu roz
rodczego (15-49 lat) przy założeniu, że w poszczególnych fazach tego okresu rodziłaby z intensywnością obserwowa
ną w badanym roku, tzn. przy przyjęciu cząstkowych współczynników płodności z tego okresu za niezmienne,
współczynnik reprodukcji brutto przedstawia liczbę córek urodzonych przeciętnie przez kobietę przy założe
niu, że kobieta w wieku rozrodczym bę
dzie rodzić z częstością, jaką charakte
ryzują się wszystkie kobiety rodzące w roku, dla którego oblicza się współ
czynnik reprodukcji (niezmienne współ
czynniki płodności),
współczynnik reprodukcji netto przedstawia liczbę córek przypadają
cych na jedną kobietę - przy analogicz
nych założeniach - z wyeliminowaniem córek, które - jak wynika z aktualnych tablic trwania życia - nie dożyją wieku swoich matek. Współczynnik ten wyra
ża stopień zastępowania pokoleń matek przez córki.
współczynnik dynamiki demogra
ficznej wyraża stosunek liczby urodzeń żywych w badanym roku do liczby zgo
nów w tym roku.
Przyrost naturalny ludności stanowi różnicę między liczbą urodzeń żywych i zgonów w danym okresie.
Przyrost rzeczywisty ludności stanowi sumę przyrostu naturalnego i salda migracji.
Przez niemowlęta rozumie się dzieci w wieku poniżej 1 roku.
Informacje o urodzeniach i zgonach (w tym zgonach niemowląt) prezentowane są według kryteriów definicji urodzenia i zgonu noworodka rekomendowanej przez Światową Organizację Zdrowia.
4. Data regarding the vital statistics of the population according to territorial division was compiled as follows: mar
riages - according to the husband's place of permanent residence before the mar
riage; divorces - according to the plaintiff's place of registration; births - according to the mother's place of permanent residence;
deaths - according to the place of perma
nent residence of the deceased.
Reproduction rates:
total fertility rate refers to the number of children which would be born to the average woman during the course of her entire reproductive period (15-49 years of age) assuming that in par
ticular phases of this period she would give births with an intensity observed during a given year, i.e., in assuming age-specific fertility rates for this period to be constant,
gross reproduction rate refers to the number of daughters which would be born to the average woman assuming that a woman during her reproductive age will give births with an intensity which is characteristic for all women giving births in the year for which the reproduction rate is calculated (con
stant fertility rates),
net reproduction rate refers to the number of daughters per woman, making analogous assumptions, ex
cluding daughters which, as results from current life expectancy tables, will not live to reach their mother's age.
This rate expresses the degree of the generation's replacement mothers with daughters.
demographic dynamics rate ex
presses the relation between number of live births in a given year and num
ber of deaths in this year.
Natural increase of the population accounts for the difference between the number of live births and deaths in a given period.
Actual increase of the population ac
counts for the sum of natural increase and net migration.
Infant is a child under the age of 1.
Information on births and deaths (in
cluding infant deaths) is presented accord
ing to criteria of the definition of infant births and deaths recommended by the
World Health Organization (WHO).

5. Przeciętne dalsze trwanie życia wy
raża średnią liczbę lat, jaką ma jeszcze do przeżycia osoba w wieku x lat, przy założe
niu stałego poziomu umieralności z okresu, dla którego opracowano tablice trwania życia.
6. Migracje wewnętrzne ludności są to zmiany miejsca zamieszkania w kraju:
na pobyt stały - opracowane na pod
stawie informacji ewidencyjnych gmin o zameldowaniu osób na pobyt stały,
na pobyt czasowy - opracowane na podstawie informacji ewidencyjnych gmin o zameldowaniu osób na pobyt czasowy ponad 2 miesiące.
Informacje te nie uwzględniają zmian adresu w obrębie tej samej gminy z wyjąt
kiem gmin miejsko-wiejskich, dla których został zachowany podział na tereny miejskie i wiejskie.
7. Migracje zagraniczne ludności są to wyjazdy poza granicę kraju zamieszkania, a tym samym przyjazdy do danego kraju.
Według definicji rekomendowanych przez ONZ i Unię Europejską wyróżnia się:
migracje krótkookresowe - przebywa
nie poza granicami kraju poniżej 1 roku, migracje długookresowe - przebywanie poza granicami kraju rok i dłużej, a więc również wyjazdy za granicę (przyjazdy z zagranicy) na pobyt stały.
Dane o migracjach zagranicznych na pobyt stały opracowano na podstawie in
formacji ewidencyjnych gmin o zameldowa
niu osób przyjeżdżających do Polski na pobyt stały (imigracja) oraz o wymeldowa- niach osób wyjeżdżających z Polski za granicę na stałe (emigracja).
8. Współczynniki dotyczące ruchu natu
ralnego i migracji ludności w podziale teryto
rialnym obliczono jako iloraz liczby faktów określonego rodzaju i liczby ludności zameldowanej na pobyt stały (według stanu w dniu 30 VI).
5. Life expectancy is expressed by the average number of years that a person at the exact age x still has to live, assuming a fixed mortality level from the period for which life expectancy tables were compiled.
6. Internal migration of the population is understood as changes in the place of residence within the country:
- for permanent residence - compiled on the basis of gmina documentation regarding the registration of people for permanent residence,
- for temporary stay - compiled on the basis of gmina documentation regard
ing the registration of people for tem
porary stay for a period of more than 2 months.
This information does not include changes of address within the same gmina, with the exception of urban-rural gminas for which the division into urban and rural areas has been kept.
7. International migration of the population is understood as departures from country of residence to abroad and, therefore, as arrivals to a given country from abroad. According to definitions rec
ommended by the UN and European Un
ion, the following are defined:
- short-term migration - staying outside the country for a period of less than 1 year,
- long-term migration - staying outside the country for a period of 1 year and more, therefore, foreign departures (arrivals from abroad) for permanent residence.
Data regarding international migration for permanent residence was compiled on the basis of gmina documentation regard
ing the registration of people arriving to Poland for permanent residence (immigra
tion) as well as regarding the removal from registration of people leaving Poland for permanent residence abroad (emigration).
8. Rates concerning vital statistics and migration of the population according to territorial division were calculated as the ratio of the number of defined events to the number of population registered for perma
nent residence (as of 30 VI).
