MARK ROBERT ANKARBERG, TEFL, 17285 McKinley, Big Rapids, Mich., grew up in the small college town of Big Rap-ids, attended Central Mich. University, and graduated with a social science ma-jor and history minor. He received a ~S in Education from the same place m 1967. Mark's interests include the piano, reading. music and dancing. He plans to work toward an MA and teach in

REINHARD ARNOLD. TEFL, 20404 Twelve Mile Road, St. Clair Shores, Mich-igan, attended Oakland University in Michigan where he received a BA degree in psychology and secondary education. He was a member of the Hi-Fi Club and helped organize a coffee house called "The Hole." His interests are electronics and wood working. Rein-hard's secondary skills include General

KENT S. BURNINGHAM, math/science, 5005 Lincoln Ave., Alexandria, Virginia, graduated from Duke University in June, 1967, with a BSEE in Electrical Engineer-ing. While at Duke, he participated in the CoUege Outing Club, YMCA, Tau Beta Phi 1and Alpha Phi Omega. He also

work-ed as a VISTA affiliate, tutoring math. He has traveled extensively in Europe and the Middle East the last 14 years with his family. Hobbies include collect-nig stamps, coins, books, listening to classical 1and folk music and athletics.

ELLIS B. BOAL, math and science, 701 Sheridan Road. Winnetka, Ill., attended Bowdoin College, graduating in 1966 with honors in mathematics. He is inter-ested in dramatics, athletics (track),

singing. and civil rights work. He did

graduate work in math at the University of Chicago.

GURLEY MORRISON CASPER, Jr., agri-culture, PO Box 577, Thomasville, NC, re-ceived an AB degree in sociology and history from Lenoir Rhyne College. He plans to go into anthropology or crimin-ology after the PC.

JANET D. COLBERG, nurse, c/o Melvin Ollila, Rt. No. 1, New York Mills, Minne-sota, wife of Steve Colbe·rg, received her nursing education from the University

of Minnesota and was working towards

a degree in biology when she and her husband decided to enter the PC. She belongs to the nursing association of

Minnesota. Janet is interested in lang-uages, nursing education, and hopes to finish school for her BS degree then raise a family.

HERBERT S. COOPER, accounting, 7

Nancy Road, Wilmington, Del., graduat-ed W<ith a BS in Business Administration

from Temple University. Herb has work-ed part-time as a salesman, a dental

technician and an accountant. He enjoys camping, raising tropical fish and

vege-table gardening, and expects to make

a career as an accountant.

STEPHEN R. COLBERG, math/science, c/o Melvin Ollila, Rt. No. 1, New York Mills, Minnesota, graduated from th e University of Idaho where he received a BS in Physics and was a member of

several organizations in college. Steve ·is interested in photography and the stock market and plans to go into teach-ing and research after the PC.

SHIRLEY A. COLLINS, nurse, 5110 E. 25th St., Tucson. Arizona, went to the

Uni-versity of Colorado where she earned a

MS degree in nursing. Shirley worked part time as a nurse while in school. Her interests include swimming, bowling,

hiking. reading, cards and horseback rid-ing. Her future plans indicate either teaching or working in an AID program overseas.

JOHN D. CRESSEY, TEFL, 601 Ila Way, Modesto, California, graduated from UCLA with a BA in English. His speciali-ty there was literature of the Elizabeth-an Age Elizabeth-and he minored in motion pic-ture production. J. D. has worked in sev-eral academic and local theatrical groups, hopes to continue his interests after the PC by working toward a doc-torate in English or a MF A in motion picture directing.

DORIS F. DEVINE, nurse, 2234 Geneva Terrace, Chicago, Illinois, attended high school in Plainfield, Iowa then went to Presbyterian Hospital School of Nursing in Chicago where she graduated in 1950 with an RN. Since that time she has worked in pediatrics and electro-ence-phalography at Grant Hospital, Chicago.

DOROTHY IRIS DAVIS, nurse, Box 89, 507 South Main, Ennis, Texas, attended col-lege at Texas Woman's University, where she received a BS in nursing. Iris worked at Parkland Hospital, Dallas, in St. Louis, and in Seattle, specializing in child psychiatry. She plans to continue this profession after her service with the PC.

ROBERT JAMES DIETRICH, physical ed-ucation, 5324 Wilkinson, North Holly-wood, California. attended North Holly-wood High School and UCLA. Bob grad-uated from the latter institution in art and art history after having gone out for track and football. His interests al-so include philosophy and religion. He hopes to teach after he is through with PC service.

TIMOTHY A. DOBRATZ, math/science, 55 Lexton Drive, Farmington, Connecti-cut, graduated from the UniYersity of Connecticut in 1965 with a BA in Math and then went on to Southern Illinois University where he received an MA in Geography in June 1967. His interests in-clude long distance running, philosophy and mountain climbing. Future plans in-clude a PhD. and then university teach-ing.

JANE C. DYKSTRA, TEFL, 110 Collins Ave., Sayville, N. Y., after her graduation from Sayville High School, Jane attend-ed George Washington University where

she received her BA degree in psycholo-gy. Her hobbies and interests include sports and travel. After the PC she plans

to attend graduate school in one of the social sciences. Her primary skill is

teaching.

Literary Society and the Foreign Re la-tions Club. He maintains he has diffused interests and he hasn't yet decided what

graduated from the University of Mary-land where he majored in Middle East-ern Civilization, receiving his BA in 1967. His main interest is creative writing, par-ticularly poetry. Roland hopes to go to law school or into the foreign service

a BS in accounting at Illinois University.

An avid reader, Tom also has interests in classical and jazz music. After the PC he intends to continue graduate work.

Berk-eley, in June, 1967, with a BS in

Mech-anical Engineering. While at Berkeley, he was a member of the American

So-ciety of Mechanical Engineers, Pi Tau Sigma and participated in the Free Speech Movement. His interests include skiing, hiking and camping.

SELMAREE M. GREENE, lab technician, 3008 W. Berks St .. Philadelphia, Pa., at-tended the Franklin Institute of

Medi-cal Technology and received her diploma

skiing, fishing and reading. He plans to attend graduate school after PC.

GEORGE R. HOWELL, accounting, 370

E. 76th St., New York City, N.Y., receiv-ed a BBA from Hofstra University in 1965 and an MBA in finance from Colum-bia University in 1967. His interests in-clude fishing, camping and athletics. One of his o'bjectives in the PC will be to determine a future career in economic development.

BOBBIE C. JACOBS, physical education, Box 562, Augusta, Kansas, was

graduat-ed from Kansas State Teachers College, Emporia in 1967 with a BS in education.

Her plans after PC include teaching PE

on the secondary level. Bobbie also plans to work toward an MA in physical

JOSEPH A. KICK, agriculture, 7017 How-dershell Road, Hazelwood, Missouri, re-ceived his BA degree in Philosophy from Missouri University at St. Louis. Her plans are uncertain after the PC, but she intends to pursue her love of travel, art, anct knowing people.

NORMAN E. KINNEY, mathematics, 88 Burlington Street, Lexington, Mass., re-ceived his BA in math from Northeast-ern. Known as "Einstein" by his room-mates. Norm speaks knowingly on many scientific fields. He will either go into teaching or philosophy after the PC.

(Nation-al History Honorary and Varsity La-crosse. Len's hobbies include reading, stamps, hiking, swimming and Lacrosse. Futuer plans after the PC are aimed

to-ward the Foreign Service.

LAWRENCE S. LINDER, agriculture, 2026 12th St., Rock Island, Illinois, received his BA degree in sociology from Culver-Stockton College. His interests include

camping. fishing, boating and swim-ming. After the PC he plans a career in

social service work. His primary skills in-clude social service work and teaching.

HAROLD L. LITOFF, TEFL, 310 Norton St .. New Haven, Connecticut, attended Dartmouth College and Emory Universi-ty. He received a BA in history and while

in college was a member of the SSOC and the NAACP. Harold is interested in college teaching in the future, enjoys

sports, arts, and politics.

New Haven, Connecticut, the wife of Harold, garduated from Emory Universi-ty and received a BA in history. While in college she belonged to several social

living groups. Her special interests are hiking, reading, cooking and, like her husband, politics. She hopes to attend graduate school after the PC.

ANITA M. McLELLAN, TEFL, Box 705, Devon, Pa., received her degree from the

University of Minnesota where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and was a

member of Sigma Kappa sorority. She

has worked for 25 years teaching

retard-ed children, is a member of the PEO

Sis-terhood. the Council of Exceptional Chil-dren, and the NEA. She and her hus-band, Lawrence, have retired, and after

her PC experience she hopes to continue

-souri for two years where he was a member of Sigma Tau Gamma fra:terni-ty He then went to Drury College and

majored in histo.ry. He hopes to continue his interests in history becoming a

teacher of ancient history and an

in-structor in special education.

LA WREN CE L. McLELLAN, Medical

Doc-tor. Box 705, Devon, Pa., received his

medical education at Northwestern

Uni-versity. He has practiced for forty years as a physician with a speciality in in-ternal medicine. He plans to enjoy his retirement when he leaves the PC.

ROBERT E. MILLER, hydrology, 101 Cov-entry Road, Marietta, Ohio, graduated from Dartmouth College, receiving a BA in English, with a minor in mathema-tics. Bob likes swimming, diving and football and enjoys farm and labor work. He may return to graduate stud-ies atter the PC.

NELSON MELILLO, accounting, 3~ Aspen Road, West Orange, New Jersey, grad-uated from Lehigh University in

Pefm-sylvania in 1967 where he received a BS in Industrial Engineering and a BS In Business Administration. His interests in-clude travel, reading, dancing and lang-uages. Following his PC service he plans to take a management position with a manufacturing firm.

PATRICK W. MOLINARI, hydrology, 460 ::;. Bryant Ave., Tucson, Arizona, a grad-uate of Franklin Delano Roosevelt High ::;cnool. Patrick attended the Univ. of Arizona majoring in wildlife manage-ment. In addition to his studies he par-ticipated in the Univ. of Arizona Wild-life Club, Camp Wildcat, and Intramural

sports. He is interested in reading, hik-ing, hunting, fishing, nature study, and people. After the PC he hcpes to return to college. His primary skills include hydrology, wildlife management and public relations.

RICHARD P. MONTEROSSO, agriculture, 018 Senator St., Brooklyn, N. Y., went to Wagner College where he earned a BA in history. He was a member of his col-lege soccer team. Dick's interests include various sports; climbing, skiing, and he has had experience as a machinist and mason. He plans on graduate school af-ter his PC experience.

His college activities in-cluded football, choir, honor societies and student government. Jon will at.tend the United Theological Seminary after his PC experience.

MARY E. NAGY, nurse, 414 Lake St., Ta-was City, Michigan, a graduate of Ta-was Area High School, she attended Eastern Michigan Univ. where she re-ceived her diploma in nursing. She did part of her tmining at Sagninow Gen-eral Hospital. While in college she was a member of the band and MSNA. She is interested in sports and sewing. After the PC she plans to work in a hospital und to return to school.

MECHELE M. PALMER, TEFL, 3369 Lin-coln St.. St. Joseph, Michigan, is Bill's wife. Mechele graduated from St. Jo-seph's High School and Western Michi-gan and has a BA in education. She is interested in sewing, cooking, art, and jewelry making. Mechele hopes to con-tinue her education when she returns from the PC.
