We will send you a confirmation when we have received your abstract(s). When presenting:

• Start with a photograph of the patient while you very briefly present the history and major findings. The best presentations are those with few slides, each of which includes a good patient photograph and a brief summary of significant findings.

• If possible present the best picture of your patient with a concise summary as your last (or next to last) slide.

• If the diagnosis is known you may present it on a slide after the audience has had a chance to make suggestions.
