REFT On February 25, 1937 we made up Contract Warranty Deeds No. 5921 8nd 5926 to Springer Brothers as shown by their contracts and as requested by them. An attorney for The Springer Brothers examined the deeds and said that it would be confusing to convey the land to Springer Brothers as there are tso sets of them in Prowers county and he asked us to make new deeds using their given names. As the deeds were not delivered or recorded I have made up new ones to Roy P. Springer and Roger B. Springer to replace the ones to Springer Brothers.
I am enclosing herewith the following: Contract Warranty Deeds No. 5921 and 5926 in duplicate to Roy P. Springer aild Roger B. Springer for execution.
Contract Warranty Deeds No. 5921 and 5926 in duplicate to Springer which have been executed but are to be destroyed.

Attention Mr. W. D. Shackelford: Dear Sirs:
I have your letter of August 10th ferring to Springer Bros. situation. :or your re-cord I am enclosing the original affidavit mention-ed in my letter of August 9th.
If the situation is as I understand it, I see no objection to making up new deed and hav-ina them executed and delivered.
As I understand it, the original contracts involved ran to "Springer Bros." and were signed
" Springer Bros. by R. P. Springer." In April of this year you had deeds eLacuted naming "Springer Brothers" as grantees and sent them to the grantees, who then asked your company, through Mr. Gordon, for new deeds to show the correct situation as to the names of the grantees. I understand the deeds you prepared and executed have never been recorded, so that I see no objection to executing and delivering the new deeds, but in describing the grantees I would give their names and state "known and sometimes described as Springer Bros."
Yours very truly, Henry C. Vidal HCV-j

This deed has been made up according to instuctions fram Mr. Vidal and contains nine separate water rights. As we do
not know if Yr. Hillyer will desire a release fram the Bankers Must Campany we are sending this for execution but will not use same unless necessary.
It will be a help to us if this deed and release are executed promptly and returned to us as soon as possible. If we allow this to go after January 31st of tdis year there will be more tapuble in securing the stock and also more expense. We are hoping every day to hez-r that you are on the way out.
