In response to your letter of April 19, 1968, in which you indicated there might be a discrepancy in the capacity table for the Lon Hagler Reservoir, we have rechecked this plat and found you were correct. There was an error in the drafting of the capacity tables. To correct this error, I have gone to the State Engineer's Office and have obtained the original filing plat from the State Engineer, brought it to this office, and have made the necessary drafting changes. We are enclosing two prints of the corrected plat and we will forward to the State Engineer's Office the original drawing in its corrected form. We are, of course, embarrassed by this mistake and can only advise you that it was a drafting mistake that slipped by our checking process We have rechecked the entire filing plat and can now assure you that the

capacity charts and the filing plat itself are, in our opinion, in proper order.

We appreciate hearing from you on this matter and we particularly appreciate the opportunity of correcting our mistake before it becomes of importance to the Consolidated Home Supply Ditch and Reservoir Company. There will, of course, be no charge for this work, for the responsibility rests with this office. Thank you very much for your time and consideration on this subject.
