Bugs just beginning to come out (Only one but at peach blows) Saw Band tail pigeons with Sid Langhorn at J. Freilers place. June 19 1942
Went up to Freiler’s field to photograph Band tail pigeons. Counted 63 in flock coming down in to field to feed. Took movies (4 oft) and stills.
June 20 1942
Caught 14 inch brown trout in morning before breakfast. Went to park and finished films of pigeons. Got back to camp at 3:00 PM started at 1:25 saw two large birds in spruce, probably goshawks gave call “eyou eyou eyou”
June 21 Fished in morning came home and arrived at 5:30 members at party Hoffman, Store, Glover
