you for use at the Safety Awards Banquet. I am including the ones he requested in the form that they have appeared in our most recent announcements concerning these men. If you ~eed additional information, please let me know. ROBERT A BRENIMER, VICE-PRESIDENT - INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS (His title was just recently changed from Vice-President
Labor Relations to the above when he assumed the
responsibility for all employee relations. That announcement - 3/3/75) Bob joined Great Western in 1954 as Assistant Director of
Employee Relations, coming from the Mountain States Employers Council in Denver. He was later promoted to Manager of Labor Relations, and in 1968 became Vice President - Employee Relations. Bob's prior experience includes service with several government agencies, and four years in the U.S. Marine Corps. He was graduated from the University of Denver with degrees in Law and Business Administration.
DAVID E. CRANDALL, VICE PRESIDENT - FINANCE
Crandall, new chief financial officer of the Company, is a native of Denver and a former Assistant Vice President of the First National City Bank in New York City. There he was responsible for both operational and developmental activities. Earlier, he was employed at the New York office of Electronic Data Systems Corporation and before that was a member of the faculty and admin-istration at the United States Military Academy at West Point. He holds a BA degree from the University of Kansas and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri. JACK EASTMAN, VICE-PRESIDENT - MANUFACTURING
Eastman, who heads up the manufacturing operation, has nearly 31 years in sugar factory operdtions behind him. Prior to becoming Director of Manufacturing in November, 1974, he had been Area
Manufacturing Manager for several Great Western areas. Earlier, he had been on the operations staff in the Denver office and was also a Factory Manager at the Fort Morgan and Sterling factories. Eastman began his career at the now closed Fort Collins factory in 1944 upon graduation from the University of Colorado with a business degree. A native of Huron, South Dakota, he grew up in Loveland, Colorado.

ROBERT A. WHERRY, VICE-PRESIDENT - ADMINISTRATION
Wherry, who became Vice-President - Administration in February
of this year, first joined GWS in 1951 as Manager of Insurance,
Benefits and Services. After 20 years with the Company, he left
to become Personnel Director for the State of Colorado. Last July,
he was appointed state Director of Administration by the former
Colorado Governor Vanderhoof. He returned to GWS as Director of
Administration in January, 1975. In addition to his other duties,
Wherry often lobbied for the Company during legislative sessions
in Colorado and neighboring states. He is a native of East Liverpool, Ohio, and a 1939 graduate of Ohio State University. He earned a law degree from the Westminster Law School, which has since become a
part of the University of Denver, and was admitted to the Colorado
