Order documents through Peppi
Students can order electronically signed study certificates and transcript of records through the student’s desktop in Peppi. These documents can be ordered in English and in Swedish and are downloaded as pdf documents after the order has been placed. The electronic signature in these pdf documents can be verified on a website mentioned on each doc ument.
Student’s desktop
The service for ordering documents is found on the student’s desktop in the header .
Click on ”New order” for placing a new order on desired documents. After placing the order, the document can be downloaded through ”Documents”.
Order documents
You can order the following electronically signed documents in English and in Swedish: Du kan beställa följande elektroniskt undertecknade dokument på svenska och engelska:
• Study Certificate (studieintyg)
• Transcript of Records (studieprestationsutdrag)
• Transcript of Records with GPA (studieprestationsutdrag med medeltal)
Select the document you wish to order by clicking on the document name, for example:
Once you have selected a document, you can choose whether the document should be issued in English or in Swedish:
When you have chosen the language, click on ”Order”.
Ordered documents
Documents which you have ordered can be downloaded through ”Documents”:
All documents which you have ordered are shown in a list, with the newest order first:
Click on the document name in order to open the file.
The number of documents which you can download to ”Documents” at the same time is limited. If the quota is full, you must first delete documents in order to place new orders. You delete documents by clicking on the trash bin icon to the right of each document.
Electronic signature
The documents which you order and download through the student’s desktop are electronically signed by Novia UAS. You can download the pdf documents to your own computer and send them to third parties when necessary. Each document includes instructions for verifying the document.
