Our new app makes it easy for you as a guardian to report absences
and leaves on your mobile. In the same app, you register your child's
schedule - quickly and securely.

preschool/fritids digitally.
IST Home Skola facilitates attendance management and means less paperwork for guardians and staff and more time for you to spend with your children.

To use the IST Home School app, you need an iPhone or an Android phone. The app can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play
How to use the app
Launch the app The first time you use the app, you must identify yourself with BankID via SkolID.
Follow the instructions on the screen.
Send notification Indicate for which children the schedule applies, select date. You can choose part of the day or full day. Click the Send and button Send notification Confirm your identity.
Overview view Here you see all days and all times. The days are clickable for more functionality.
Absence and leaves In this view you will find current and past submitted
notifications. To submit a new report of absence, click on the Register button.
Attendance schedule In this view you see current and
previously submitted schedules. To submit a new schedule, click on the Register stay times button.
Submit schedule Specify for which children the schedule will apply, select start date and enter times.
The schedule is repeated in the weeks submitted. Click the Submit button and confirm your identity.
This is how the overview works
One-touch keys
The overview button takes you back to today's date.
Stay time takes you directly to the "Stay schedule" where submitted schedules are available.
From the plus, you can send in the stay schedule and absence/
leave.
Absence takes you directly to
"Absence/
leave" where the submitted absence is.
Menu opens the main menu.
Speed dial
At the bottom you will find shortcut buttons for all functions.

Scroll
The overview view is scrollable and shows all submitted times and submitted absence/leave.
Date selector Choose a date and you will jump directly to that day. The date selector is scrollable sideways.
At the start, today's date is at the top. Here you see today's times and check-ins.

Example:
If you click directly on a child on a certain day, a shortcut menu will appear where you can leave absence or leave.
Do you have questions?
Ask the staff at your child's preschool/fritids.You can make temporary adjustments to the schedule without affecting the child's basic schedule.
Select what you want to do with one of the buttons and you will be sent to the respective notification. The registration will then be pre-filled with the name and date you clicked on. Double- check that it is correct and submit.
A similar menu appears if you press
"+". But then the name and date are not pre-filled.
If you have previously reported absence/
leave, you have the option to delete it (as long as it has not started).
SkolID and BankID
This is SkolID
SkolID is a secure login service that is easy to use for school services. Your privacy is protected and you identify yourself in the same way regardless of operating system, manufacturer or device..
SkolID will be introduced in Älmhult municipality, you will be notified when it is ready and how this will then be ordered.
This is BankID
BankID is an electronic ID document used to digitally identify yourself, log in and sign agreements and approve transactions on the websites of various authorities, banks and other companies.
