At Presidential Hotel at about 9:20 P.M. Washington time. Sent telegraph and called M. Albertson. We are to meet for breakfast at 7:00 A.M. R.E.G.

Went to Breakfast at 7:15 with Dr Albertson [and] Ray Wanta to the weather Bureau. Dr Albertson and I took the Taylor Model basin bus at 8:40 A.M. At the Model basin we met with Mr Wilbur [illegible] and Dr [illegible] and discussed the problem of generating a replica sea and the proposals to be made by the Colo State Univ. We also met Messrs Cummings and St Denis. We took dinner at the Model Basin cafeteria and continued the consideration in the afternoon. We were taken through the model basin after returning from the cafeteria.

At 4:15 P.M. we left the model basin with Dr Borden who took us to Dr Carson’s place. (He has been ill.) There we discussed technical questions with Dr Craver. From there Dr Borden took us to a bus stop. We caught a taxi and returned to the hotel. (Presidential Hotel) R.E.G
