COMPANY, of the first part, and PHILIP R. STANHOPE, of the second part, WITNESSETH;THAT WHEREAS, party of the second part did, on to-Wit, November 18, 1914, execute a certain lease and option in favor of party of the first part on the following described property, to-wit;
An undivided one-third (1/3) of the Great Mogul, U. B. Survey No. 1256, situate in the Montana Mining District, Clear Creek County, Colorado, which said lease and option is recorded in

andWHEREAS, said lease has been cancelled by mutual consent;
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), and other good and valuable consideration, the said party of the first part does hereby sUIIender and release to party of the second part all right and intelest of party of the first palt under said option.
