NIy proposed ne\ synonymy of Hercostomus ptaeceps Lw (Ent. tidskr. 87,
p. 114) got a totally misleading typography giving the impression that H. praeceps al;.d. H. fuloicaudis Walk. are not separate species. I here present the synonymy as it u'as intended to appear:
