Why InEU?
3 The university complex is located in the geographically convenient macroregion, which borders Russia and is 400 km away from the capital of Kazakhstan, Astana.
Transportation lines, infrastructure, living conditions make Pavlodar city and the university an attractive centre of high-quality, convenient and accessible education.
Omsk
Institute of Economics and Engineering was reorganized into Pavlodar University (PaU),
which included:
school-lyceum, college, IAT, RI Realization of International Project on the integration of dual- degree form of training.
The main campus, college building, modern dormitory for 150 people were set to work.
PaU College became a separate legal entity, professional lyceum was opened.
The list of education programmes extended to 28,
Opening of Master’s degree programmes.

Additional factors of improvement
The introduction since 2010 of the Customs Union between Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus suggests:
facilitation of labor migration, which will allow greater involvement of the best professors to work in Kazakhstan;
enhance the creation of new joint ventures and increasing needs of local people, who know the specifics of the Kazakhstan market;
Active participation in the state program of forced industrial innovative development of Kazakhstan will attract projects and additional funding to conduct research and development of specialized laboratories;
The presence of the developed technologies that have been brought to the stage of commercialization;
Creation of an open corporate university - a consortium of enterprises and organizations of the executive power in order to coordinate activities in the field of science and innovation, education, training and retraining and advanced training of members of the Consortium;
