Kristina Vukušić graduated as a Biomedical Scientist from University of Gothenburg in 2001. She has worked on autologous cartilage transplantation in a GMP lab, at Sahlgrenska University Hospital , as well as research projects within the embryonic-, cartilage- and limbal stem cell fields.

She is currently pursuing research on cardiac regeneration.
