Benny Borghei is a multidisciplinary scholar with background in Computer Science-Software Engineering (2001) as well as Industrial Management (2006). He is also a graduate from the School of Business, Economics and Law (Handelshögskolan) at the University of Gothenburg in Sweden, where he received his first master’s degree in International Business and Trade (2009). He then moved to Linköping university where he completed his second master’s degree in Management of Innovation and Product Development (2011) at the Department of Management and Engineering. In 2012 he became a PhD candidate at the division for Project, Innovation and Entrepreneurship where he got involved in research, education and institutional activities. As part of the PhD program, he defended a Licentiate thesis in 2015 with the title: ‘Sustainability Transitions in Established Industries’, and in 2018 he finalized doctoral studies with this PhD thesis in hand.
He is passionate about Humans, Organizations, Technology, and Innovation.
