1. Description of any implemented changes since the previous course based on previous students' comments
No major changes from the year before. Mainly instructions and change to canvas course platform instead of Ping Pong.
2. A brief summary of the students' evaluations of the course
Overall, the evaluation of the course was positive. Most of the questions had a mean score over 4 and no question had a mean score under 3.4 (out of 5). The question about development of valuable skills can be seen below as an example.

The question about opportunities for reflection during the course had a mean score of 4.4 (out of 5)
The questions with lower mean score were concerned with the search (mean 3.8) and use (3.4) of scientific methods and potential ethical issues (3.7). One example is this question.

When it comes to the comments, most were positive although the effects of the pandemic on the presence at the companies were of course not positive. All students had limited if any, possibility to work from the company office and that effected the whole experience of the placement.
When it comes to comments about how to improve the course, there were suggestions to change the book “Good to Great” to something more contemporary and also to maybe change to
examination to be more focused on the actual placement project.
3. The course-responsible reflection on the course implementation and results
Course strengths: Given the pandemic, one strength was that all students managed to get relevant projects. The drop-in and small group council sessions were appreciated.
Course weaknesses: The pandemic and the resulting problems to have access to material for the assignments.
4. Other comments
This course in the current format was given for the last time so any changes proposed will have to be incorporated into a new course plan.
5. The course-responsible conclusions and any proposals for changes
The course works well when it comes to the placements, but the assignments will be changed and updated by the course leader. The course literature will be updated as well.
