HONESTY AND INTENT

We will turn into the team, and

project, to figure things out together when things get difficult.

We will be as honest as we can be given organizational constraints and trust each other's intent.

BUILD CAPACITY We must build our capacity to lead in this new way - among ourselves and others. (We will be determined, courageous, persistent).

COMMITMENT We know this is long-term work, so we will stay committed to it and be persistent over time

All parties recognize the significant commitment, both in terms of the work and the resources required and commit to protect this work as A priority. Part of that “protection” may be saying no to working on other items that may emerge, and that will pull attention away from Forward Malmö.

COLLABORATIVE LEADERSHIP AND CO-OWNERSHIP

We will go forward together or not at all. We will co-own this project in both development and delivery of the work.

The purpose of the

Forward Malmö calling team

is to develop a Process Roadmap

and Formal Collaboration Agreement for a long-term strategy for large-scale systems change across the

City of Malmö.
