Script for SSE staff

This script can be read out loud when starting a meeting with a new group of people.

We are happy to see you here at campus! For everyone to feel safe, and for SSE to being able to follow regulations from Swedish authorities, we want to highlight the following:

Always try your best to keeping social distance, 2 meters whenever possible. You can do this by not gathering in groups and not standing to close to others you are talking to.

When entering and exiting rooms, please walk to the right.

Sit with distance to one another, using our designated seats. All other seats and tables can be used for your belongings.

Follow hygiene regulations such as wash your hands frequently and cough or sneeze into your arm.

If you feel any symptoms of a cold, stay at home.

We want everybody to feel safe at our campus. It is a team effort to achieve this. Thank you all for your cooperation and understanding in these special times.

Notes for staff

The SSE social distancing rule of two meters is our number one priority in avoiding contagion.

Whenever this rule cannot be applied the meeting should be re-arranged. This might mean that you must re-consider if the meeting should take place at all.

The following scenarios include a large risk of people not keeping enough social distance:

• Mingles (where people are not seated), should be avoided!

• Guided tours (if visiting small or defined areas with many people simultaneously)

• Large gatherings (especially if it involves many students at the same time)

How can I re-arrange my meeting

• Make sure your guests are seated with enough space between each other.

• Always remind before and during your meeting about our corona regulations.

• Divide large groups into smaller and adapt to whatever premises you might be visiting.

• Lead by example, e.g. keep distance to fellow meeting organizers and others.
