Akashi Andrew Rurangirwa is a lecturer and researcher at the University of Rwanda. He is a graduate of University of Rwanda where he received a Medical degree (MD), and Erasmus University Rotterdam where he received a Master of Science degree (MSc.) in clinical epidemiology.
