Errata
Study I: On page 36, right column, line 9 under subheading The Photograph Test, the word agreement should be disagreement. “Most disagreement was minor”.
Study II: On page e258, left column, third paragraph, it says that official recommendations at the time included infants should play on their tummies under surveillance. This was not an official recommendation at the time. It was a recommendation that the Child Health Care Program spread from a 1998 Gothenburg brochure and cited by Jonsell in Läkartidning 1999.
Study IV: On page 8 in the beginning of column 3, there should not be a decimal point in front of the 18 or 5.
The cover story: Although signed parental consent was procured for the photographs, this is not written under the photographs. The assurance of signed parental consent can be seen under the photographs in the e- publication.
The cover story: On page 28, Figure 2 has low resolution. The figure should be legible as below.
