Gul Amin received his M.Sc. degree in 2004 and

M. Phil degree in 2006 in physics from Quaid-i-Azam University, Pakistan. He started in October 2008 as PhD student in Physical Electronics and Nanotechnology group/ITN, Linköping University, Sweden. His research field concerns mainly with fabrication, characterization and applications of ZnO and CuO nanostructures. He has also been working on GaAs/AlGaAs multiple Quantum well structures, characterization and processing.
