Bilaga 1 -‐ Intervjuguiden
à vi berättar vilka vi är och bakgrunden till uppsatsen
Hi, Thank you so much for being a part of this study and helping us out. We can start
by presenting ourselves. We are two students Gustav and Nayanne from Sweden where we study at the Umeå University. We are now writing our Masters thesis about crowdsourcing and innovation. Crowdsourcing is a relatively new term invented by Jeff Howe in 2006. Crowdsourcing is the act of gathering a crowd through Internet and solve a problem or creating things that normally would be solved for example by an employee in a company. Today this is a wide spread phenomenon with the Internet being the engine for crowdsourcing and is getting bigger and bigger. Online communities like Etsy.com is just one example of these sites. A handpick of examples are Threadless.com, 99designs.com, Innocentive.com, Quirky.com, istockphoto.com and many more. Our aim is to gather information about what is the main motivation for participation in crowdsourcing applications and how crowdsourcing can be used as an innovation tool.
IMPORTANT: This work is not for commercial use, it is a student thesis and it is going
to be public for anyone who is interested in the results. We are not receiving anything for this and won’t use the information gathered for anything else but for this particularly thesis. We will only use the first name of the respondent (or a nickname), thus keeping them anonymous.
à vi låter personen berätta vem de är (ålder, kön, land, job, studie,m.m.)
