6.5 E GNA REFLEKTIONER
Efter att ha gjort denna studie har vi fått mycket kunskap om hur de etiska värderingarna ser ut bland fastighetsmäklare i Stockholms län. Vi anser att vi fått fram ett intressant resultat som både säger emot och stödjer tidigare forskning. Innan vi påbörjade studien antog vi att de demografiska faktorerna hade en stor påverkan på de etiska värderingarna. Men när vi analyserat resultatet stod det klart att det bara var åldern som hade en liten påverkan på de etiska värderingarna och att de etiska koderna inom företagen inte hade någon påverkan alls. I och med det anser vi att resultatet är mycket intressant.
Vi anser att vi kan tolka resultatet i både en positiv och negativ synvinkel. Resultatet är positivt för att det inte finns någon skillnad i de etiska värderingarna bland kvinnor och män vilket betyder att eventuella arbetsgivare inte kan favorisera ena könet för att den är mer etisk i sina värderingar.
Samma sak gäller arbetslivserfarenheten. Åldern påverkar till en viss del, men det är ingen faktor som har en avgörande betydelse. Enligt vårt resultat kan vi bara påpeka att åldern har en viss påverkan på de etiska värderingarna, men inte att varken yngre eller äldre är mer etiska i sina

värderingar än den andre. Det negativa i vårt resultat är att vi inte har kunnat hitta något som har ett signifikant samband med en fastighetsmäklares etiska värderingar. Ingen av de demografiska faktorerna som vi valde att undersöka har ett signifikant samband med de etiska värderingarna vilket gör att en ovisshet kvarstår kring vad det är som påverkar en fastighetsmäklares etiska värderingar. Avslutningsvis hoppas vi att denna studie kan ge information om vad det är som inte påverkar de etiska värderingarna hos en fastighetsmäklare.
