6.1 Förslag till fortsatt forskning
Uppsatsen har endast studerat inclusionary housing i Kalifornien. Det hade varit intressant att jämföra detta med någon eller några andra staters erfarenheter, framförallt gällande resultat och effekter på marknaden. Det hade också varit intressant att undersöka hur europeiska länder har inspirerats av inclusionary housing i USA och hur de har valt att införa verktyget i sina system.
Det skulle även vara intressant att titta på hur man praktiskt skulle kunna införa detta i Sverige och om det behövs lagändringar. I uppsatsen presenteras flera bostadspolitiska medel och det skulle också vara intressant att studera något eller några av dessa medel mer i detalj.
