Med underlag från vår studie har vi fått en inblick om problemområdet. Därför hade det varit intressant att utföra en studie om hur företag kan öka användningen av affärssystems
funktioner för intern och extern integration. Vi har kommit underfund om att möjligheterna inte används fullt ut och därför kan det vara intressant att undersöka följande områden:
• Hur kan företag öka användningen av affärssystemets funktioner för intern och extern integration?
• Varför används inte affärssystems möjligheter fullt ut?
