5. DISKUSSION

5.10 Förslag till fortsatt forskning

För fortsatt forskning vore det intressant att studera både ledning och medarbetares perspektiv i ett ännu större fokus på ledningen än vad som kunnat ges här. Detta för att kunna erhålla en tydligare jämförelse av det som Billett (2002) benämner affordance och engagement. Det skulle också vara intressant att undersöka flera företag och studera olika företagskulturer för att erhålla en bättre förståelse för företagskulturens plats i frågor kring deltagande. Vidare skulle det vara intressant att i detta använda en triangulering där såväl fokusgruppsintervjuer som enskilda intervjuer förenas med enkäter. Avslutningsvis vore det önskvärt med studier som bidrar till ökad kunskap om vuxnas lärande relaterat till hälsa, samt om arbetsplatsen som en arena för påverkansprocesser i termer av det livslånga lärandet.
