Förslag på fortsatt forskning

Baserat på de resultat som framkom i denna studie finns det förslag på fortsatt forskning som kan fylla fler kunskapsluckor. Denna studie visar att användare känner viss oro över vissa moment när det kommer till mHealth applikationer. En intressant frågeställning som skulle kunna utforskas är hur design kan öka tryggheten användare känner när det kommer till mHealth.

Här skulle det kunna undersökas vilka exakta moment eller element som skapar oro och hur de kan designas för att öka tillit hos en användare. Även kunskapsluckan om hur människor kan få mer tillit till AI när det kommer till mHealth kan undersökas. Blandford (2019) påpekar att vården med hjälp av AI

skulle kunna bli mer personlig men att människor i nuläget inte känner tillräckligt stor tillit till AI.
