6.2 Förslag till vidare forskning

I vår studie har vi undersökt hur styrelsens olika egenskaper påverkar hållbarhetsredovisningen. Vi har utifrån en kvantitativ metod undersökt hur företagsstyrelser inom Large Cap och Medium Cap påverkar hållbarhetsredovisningen.

Ett förslag till fortsatt forskning skulle kunna vara att genomföra en kvalitativ undersökning, där man skulle kunna gå in mer på djupet om hur styrelsens egenskaper påverkar hållbarhetsredovisningen. Ännu ett förslag till en fortsatt forskning skulle kunna vara att undersöka hur företagets egenskaper påverkar hållbarhetsredovisningen. Istället för att undersöka hur styrelsens egenskaper påverkar hållbarhetsredovisningen, kan man undersöka hur företagets egenskaper påverkar hållbarhetsredovisning. Man skulle kunna titta närmare på

intressenterna som är en faktor i företaget och se hur de i sin tur påverkar hållbarhetsredovisningen i företaget.
