5.3 Förslag på vidare forskning
För vidare forskning med fokus inom ämnet egenanställning relaterat till gig-ekonomin föreslår vi följande:
• Utökad forskning av de problem som uppkommer med det svenska regelverket. Nya
lagar måste utformas och egenanställning måste “erkännas” på samma sätt som andra anställningsformer. På detta sätt hamnar inte egenanställda mellan stolarna och uteblir exempelvis a-kassa eller kollektivavtal.
• Kvantitativ istället för kvalitativ studie i form av antal verkställda inom gig-ekonomi och
antal egenanställda i Sverige. Eftersom det inte finns tidigare statistik och forskning säger att det inte går att tyda hur många som är verksamma inom gig-ekonomin. • Vilken utsträckning individer valt att arbeta med egenanställning framför traditionell
anställning. Tidigare studier påpekar olika resultat inom detta ämne, och en intressant aspekt är att få ingående analys angående detta. Även att utforska om detta skiljer sig mellan olika yrkesgrupper eller branscher.
• Vilket stöd som behövs under perioden att arbeta som egenanställd. Vad skulle kunna
styrka samt öka de chanser som finns att lyckas inom egenanställning. Vilka färdigheter som behövs när det gäller att nätverka, bygga kundrelationer, kompetensförsörjning, sälja produkter samt tjänster inom arbetsmarknaden.
