5.3 Förslag till vidare forskning

Konsekvensanalys (möjliga effekter av den analyserade policyn) och effektanalys (mäta utfall av policys i Göteborg och Amsterdam).

Utreda varför SGEI-reglerna inte är planerade att förändras, utreda andra möjligheter för statsstöd till bostäder med överkomlig hyra, eller mer specifikt till allmännyttan i svensk kontext. Undersöka folkopinion kring hyresrätter med överkomlig hyra, inkomstgränser och SGEI-regler.
