Mycket av litteraturen tar upp hur organisationer genom Employer Branding även behåller personal.

Ser vi till arbetsmarknadsläget är nackdelen att många på arbetsmarknaden tar pension vid 65 års ålder. Är en lösning att fler arbetar längre än till 65? Genom att undersöka vad personer på väg ut ur arbetslivet värderar skulle en EVP riktad mot anställda som är 60 år och äldre skapas för att behålla kompetensen i företagen lite längre. Eller bör vi söka arbetskraft internationellt? Hur ser Employer Branding ut över gränserna? En studie hur företag kan söka arbetskraft utomlands kan vara en lösning på ett framtida arbetskraftsgap.
