6.4 Förslag till vidare forskning
Det skulle vara av intresse att vidareutveckla den studie vi gjort gällande medarbetarengagemang genom att undersöka ämnet ur en annan synvinkel, exempelvis med medarbetare som respondenter. Detta skulle kunna bidra till fördjupad kunskap inom ämnesområdet. Genom att studera medarbetares syn på huruvida mätningar skapar ett engagemang, kan en jämförelse sedan göras kring ledningens förväntade utfall och den uppfattning som finns hos medarbetare.
Utifrån det vår studie visat gällande ledningens roll för att skapa medarbetarengagemang, kan detta utgöra utgångspunkt för vidare forskning.
