Denna studie har gett oss en djupare förståelse för hur aktörerna i en organisation som tillämpar Lean Production arbetar för att involvera och motiverade medarbetare genom ledarskap, workteams och kultur. Då vi i vår studie kommit fram till att det är ledarskapet som utgör den betydande delen för att involvera och motivera medarbetare till ständiga förbättringar, så föreslår vi vidare forskning med fokus på ledarskapets roll för resultatet på lång sikt i en organisation som tillämpar Lean Production.
