Gamification har enligt mig varit ett roligt ämne att undersöka och ifrågasätta eftersom jag använder gamifierade applikationer dagligen. Även om jag hade fyra intervjuer i min

empiriska del saknas det två till tre ytterligare intervjuer, enligt mig. Vid fortsatta studier hade jag rekommenderat att intervjua minst ett till kundföretag för i denna studie intervjuades endast ett kundföretag. Det skulle vara intressant att få fler kundföretag och ett till

leverantörsföretag för att få ett bredare perspektiv, eftersom i denna uppsats granskade jag endast företaget Actic.

En annan rekommendation är att det hade varit intressant med en enkätstudie som skickas till olika personer som använder t.ex. MyActic för att undersöka om de har blivit motiverade av den gamifierade applikationen och vad som motiverade användarna att fortsätta använda den. Men även se om de blir motiverade av den digitala belöningen som ges av MyActic eller om de hellre vill ha riktiga belöningar.
