En fortsatt intressant studie skulle vara att studera flera olika projekt med högt

användarmotstånd och jämföra dem för att få en tydligare bild av vad som skiljer projekten åt.

En annan intressant studie skulle kunna vara att studera ett annat

systemimplementatör-företag för att se hur de arbetar för att uppnå en positiv förändringsprocess vid

affärssysteminförande. Det skulle även vara intressant att intervjua fler användare i ett projekt

för att få en bättre helhetsöversikt på problemet.
