Studien behandlar enbart en specifik typ av solcell och en typ av Stirlingsystem, därför är en naturlig fortsättning på arbetet att utvidga undersökningen till fler typer av varje solkraftmetod.
Respektive metod kan undersökas djupare. Olika storlekar, teknologier och tillverkare bör undersökas. Simuleringar kan även göras där olika solkraftsmetoder kombineras. Det finns även andra typer av solkraftsmetoder som kan undersökas, t.ex. soltorn och solfångare.
