6.1 Framtida studier
Som uppmärksammats under avgränsningar var att det inte var min avsikt att fokusera på designmetoder, iterativa processer och agila arbetssätt. Inte heller parallellen mellan Lean och UX, likheter samt olikheter mellan UX och tjänstedesign trots att det finns tydliga kopplingar mellan de två. Det går att diskutera vidare kring om UX är en del av tjänstedesign eller interaktionsdesign eller om de två är en del av UX.
Det hade varit väldigt intressant att gå in på specifika metoder och verktyg som UX-designers jobbar med. Dessa verktyg tenderar att vara komplexa och då de används i så många olika sammanhang hade det varit möjligt att utföra en hel studie kring endast ett verktyg. Det hade varit intressant att titta närmare på hur det fungerar med UX-mognaden om man jämför roller där en person jobbar inom ett företag eller som konsult på uppdrag och då kommer i kontakt med flera olika företag.
Att titta mer på UX roll i framtiden kan vara betydelsefullt för flertalet organisationer som är intresserade att ta sig in i eller vidare i den komplexa UX-världen.
