Då kunskapsläget gällande interventioner avsedda att förbättra placerade barns skolresultat, tycks vara påvert, ser jag ett stort behov av fler primärstudier inom området. Den påfallande bristen på metoder, gör placerade barns skolprestationer till ett stort utvecklingsområde. För att en kunskapsbank ska kunna byggas upp krävs att det tas initiativ till att starta interventionsprojekt från såväl nationellt, som regionalt och lokalt håll. Interventioner som visat lovande resultat i andra länder, bör enligt min mening replikeras och utvärderas här i Sverige genom försöksprojekt i mindre skala.
