Mot bakgrund av föreliggande resultat ges följande kliniska implikationer för att möjliggöra ett vårdande förhållningssätt i mötet med patienter som kommer obokade till vårdcentraler:
Utvärdera organisationen kring de obokade patienterna.
Vårda teamkänslan för att främja det kollegiala stödet.
Utbilda om olika kulturer för att öka möjligheten att förstå olika patienters förväntningar.
Utbilda i hantering av utsatta situationer.
Informera patienter om sjukvårdsrådgivningen 1177 och motsvarande patientrådgivning.
Öka medvetenheten av distriktssköterskans vårdande hållning genom att ge möjligheter till diskussion i grupper på arbetsplatsen.
