4.5. Slutsats

Författaren anser att föreliggande studies slutsats är att fyrtioåringar i stort är positiva till sitt deltagande i hälsosamtal, men att det är svårt att genomföra en livsstilsförändring. Det behövs mer än ett hälsosamtal för att skapa en livsstilsförändring på lång sikt. Författaren har påträffat en studie från Sydkorea (Kim m.fl. 2003) och en studie från USA (Kim m.fl. 2004) som kom fram till liknande slutsatser.
