Vidare forskning

Med tanke på att metoo-rörelsen nämns ett flertal gånger i artiklarna i samband med Christine Blasey Fords anklagelser kan det vara intressant att analysera hur ofta den rörelsen nämns vid andra fall av sexuella trakasserier. Huruvida metoo har haft en påverkan över rapporteringen av sexuella trakasserier i samhället kan vara av värde eftersom rörelsen har haft sån stor genomslagskraft världen över. Eftersom det har fastställts att i just dessa fall så har sexuella trakasserier inte lika högt nyhetsvärde i jämförelse med politiska händelser kan man utföra en studie där man studerar hur det kommer sig och vad det beror på.

Det kan även vara av intresse att se över hur rapportering ser ut i Sverige och dagspressen här. Eftersom rörelsen nämns så pass ofta i samband med sexuella trakasserier kan det vara av värde att analysera om man är mer kritisk i diskussionen och hur det påverkar samhället och inte bara individen.
