CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS

To the Directors and Members of

Grower-GW Joint Research Committee, Inc.

We have examined the statement of cash receipts and disbursements and changes in cash balance of the Grower-GW Joint Research Committee,

Inc, for the year ended November 30, 1974, Our examination was made in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and accordingly in-cluded such tests of the accounting records and such other auditing proced-ures as we considered necessary in the circumstances.

The accompanying statement has been prepared on a cash basis and therefore should not be relied upon to present financial position or the re-sults of operations,

In our opinion, the accompanying statement presents fairly the cash balance at November 30, 1974 resulting from cash transactions of the Grower s-GW Joint Research Committee, Inc, and its cash receipts and disbursements for the year then ended, on a basis consistent with that of the preceding year,
