Headquarters-Registration
The Lincoln Room lobby of the Shirley-Savoy Hotel will be convention headquarters. Here registration and information desks will be open from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. Tuesday evening, October 13, and thereafter will be maintained for the convenience of all delegates. The registration fee is $1.00.
Luncheon and Banquet Tickets
Tickets for both luncheons and the annual banquet should be purchased at the time you register. Luncheon tickets are 90 cents each and the ban-quet ticket is $1.50.
Board of Directors
The Directors will meet October 12 and 13 in the Spruce Room of the Shirley-Savoy Hotel, and thereafter during the convention at the call of the President.
Resolutions Committee
The Resolutions Committee will meet at the call of the Chairman in the Centennial Room of the Shirley-Savoy.
Legislative Committee
The Legislative Committee will meet at the call of the Chairman in the Colorado Room of the Shirley-Savoy.
State Caucuses
Delegates from each state will caucus at 10 :00 a.m., Wednesday, October 14, to select representa-tives to serve on the Board of Directors, the Resolutions Committee, and the Legislative Com-mittee and to discuss other matters. They may caucus at other times during the convention upon call of the Director. They will meet in rooms indicated on page one of this program.
Temporary Office
The President and Secretary-Manager will main-tain a temporary office during the convention in Room 512 of the Shirley-Savoy Hotel.
Radio Broadcasts
Much of the convention program will be broad-cast over the facilities of Denver Radio Stations KOA, KIZ, KVOD, KFEL, KMYR.
Press Room
A press room in charge of Alberta Pike will be open throughout the convention in Room 148, Shirley-Savoy Hotel.
