Besides some misspellings there are the following errors:
Page 50, Figure 3.4; in the box headed 1989 the bottom part should be ‘reduction of ethanol supply.’
Page 63, line 12, the first word, ‘key’, should be deleted.
Page 67, line 20, ‘is due’ should be added after ‘in food prices’.
Page 72, Figure 5-1; ‘Mechanical sugarcane cutting’ should be replaced by ‘Manual sugarcane cutting’.
Page 75, Table 5-2; First column should be headed ‘Years of schooling’.
Page 83, Paragraph 5.2.4 the last world in the title should ‘harvesting’ (not ‘cutters’).
