Quick guide for rooms 720, Ragnar, Torsten, KAW
These rooms are equipped with 2 control panels (one wall mounted and one larger that is movable), a projector in the front and a display in the back of the room, 2 cameras, 2 wireless headsets, 2 handheld wireless microphones, ceiling microphones and speakers.
You can either use the Zoom Room System in the room or Zoom on your laptop to start and join Zoom meetings.
Using the Zoom Room System
The larger control panel controls the Zoom Room System and the equipment in the room.
To switch between the two, press the house- symbol.
Joining a meeting in Zoom
To join a Zoom meeting, press “Join”, then enter the meeting ID and password. You will now join the meeting from the system in the room. You will not need to join the meeting from your laptop.

Using your laptop
1. Connect the HDMI and USB cables
Plug in the HDMI-cable marked ”laptop” and the USB cable into your laptop. If your laptop does not have an HDMI output, you will have to use an adapter.
Your HDMI and USB ports may be placed on either side of your laptop, and not necessarily next to each other as shown on picture.

2. Change settings in the Zoom application on your laptop
To use the camera, microphones and speakers in the room, you will need to change the Audio and Video devices within the Zoom application before starting/joining a meeting. Follow these steps:
2.1 Open settings in the Zoom application 2.2 Click ”Video” and select the camera named ”AW-HE38”
from the drop-down box.
2.3 Click ”Audio” and select the device named
”Converge Huddle USB Audio” from the drop- down boxes next to the Microphone and Speaker options.
2.4 Start or Join a Zoom meeting
3. Controlling the projector, camera(s) and audio
To make adjustments to the camera and audio, use the control panel in the room and navigate the tab menu.
3.1 Audio
Volume control changes the volume on the speakers in the room. Microphone volume changes the volume of the microphones in the room. These setting do not affect the microphone volume within the Zoom Application.

3.2 Video
To turn on the projector, click on the large button in the middle. This will also roll down the projector screen.
3.3 Receive video/audio from another room Press the green button to the right

3.4 Camera control
To adjust the position of the camera, press on the navigation pad to set the position and zoom level you prefer. To save a position, press and hold one of the four dark buttons at the bottom. When the frame around these buttons light up, you have saved the position.
3.4 Turning the system off
Press “Exit” and then confirm by pressing “Yes”.
