Gyu Ho
Eunjung An, known by her stage name ‘Gyu Ho’, is a nationally-recognised Geomungo musical artist based in Jeonju city, South Korea (hereinafter Korea). By creating and
composing ‘the dreaming Geomungo’ project, she constantly explores her work and research in relation to cross-cultural music, with herself being a bridge connecting the traditional to our modern world of music.

Jun, 2018: Composed and directed ‘The young dance vibes’ at WooJin Cultural Centre May, 2018: Participated and played in ‘All night street gig’ (a street-staged performance over night) at the Jeonju Hanok Village
Dec, 2017: Composed and directed ‘Mother, I miss you’ at the Jeonju Sori Centre Jul, 2017: Composed and directed ‘Baekjae Arirang’ at the Jeonju Sori Centre Jul, 2016: Composed and directed ‘Take my voice’ at the Wanju Country-Art Centre
She has an M.A. in Traditional Korean Music, and a B.A. in Music from the JeonBuk National University. She is a member of the Jeolla Provincial Traditional Music Orchestra based in Jeonju city, Korea since 2000.
