flip the peptide backbone or switch direction of the arrows for the y-, b-, c- and z-ions. Serine is a neutral amino acid, not negatively charged.
• Paper III, Figure 2:
Replace the figure legend with: IQGAP1 distribution in the adipocytes was visualized with a fluoerescent antibody aganinst IQGAP1 using confocal microscopy. The nucleus was stained with DAPI.
