How do you define success?

What do you think about when you hear the word “Career”? And what do you need from X to drive your own development? A common theme in today's society is that people want challenging tasks and the opportunity to grow. But surely that has different meaning to people. We want to know what this means to YOU.

We are two HR-students at the university of Umeå, named Hanna & Josefin. We are thrilled to be writing our bachelor’s thesis in collaboration with X with the purpose of understanding what career, growth and development means to their employees. But to do that, we need to talk to you!

What does participation in the study mean?

To participate in this study will be an interview that takes about 45-60 minutes. The interview will be held via Google hangout. Participation is completely voluntary and your answers will be anonymized. The interview will, with your permission, be recorded. This recording will only be used for this study. All collected data will be handled confidentially and according to GDPR and will be deleted once the study is finished. The interviews will be held 21/4-29/4.

The thesis will be written in Swedish, but the interviews can be held in both English and Swedish.

I want to participate - How do I join?

To join you talk to X and he will put us in contact with each other so that we can set up a time for the interview. We hope to hear from you!

All the best, Hanna & Josefin
