Bilaga 1; Agreement of Secrecy

The purpose of this Agreement of Secrecy is to keep the respondents identity confidential, safeguard his/hers integrity and to treat received information as confidential.

The agreement is to be valid between respondents and receivers of information (Karl Friskopp and Carl Kempe) connected to the receiver’s thesis at the University of Uppsala, Department of Business Studies during the fall term of 2005.

Hereby is agreed upon;

• That receivers of written or oral information from respondents shall treat this as confidential. Information that is handled in the thesis is not to be derived to the respondent if so not expressly is admitted by the respondent.

• That sound recording in advance shall be approved by the respondent and that these shall be treated as confidential information according to the above if so not expressly is admitted by the respondent.

• The above only concerns information that is not already publicly known.

• That not by ourselves or third party commercially exploit the received information.

• That to keep presented documents under forms that is satisfactory regarding consideration to reasonable secrecy.

This Agreement of Secrecy is to be valid one year from below date.

This agreement has been draw up in two identical copies where both parties holds one each.
