För berörda ledare inom fastighetsmäklarbranschen föreslås här idéer om lösningar för att förbättra den uppdagade situationen om socialiseringsprocessen och dess etiska prägel.

Den kommunikativa öppenheten bör fortlöpa, detta eftersom socialiseringsprocessen visade sig spegla den etiska prägeln som nu enligt undersökningen råder, nämligen att processen är variabel, individuell och informell. Trots att upplärningsansvariga ledare inom fastighetsmäklarbranschen aktivt formar eller coachar sina debuterande fastighetsmäklare inom yrket anser uppsatsförfattarna att mer sekventiella inslag kan förekomma för att ännu tydligare visa på, från organisationens håll, att de vill tvätta bort det oetiska agerandet som förekommer inom yrkeskåren. Främst, vad gäller de sekventiella förstärkningarna under socialiseringsprocessen, syftar uppsatsförfattarna på tydligare och mer strikta etiska koder. När de etiska koderna är tydliggjorda för både nyanställda och erfarna så underlättar det för att använda belöningar och bestraffningar, eftersom koderna kommer att visa på tydliga gränser för vad som är rätt och fel. Obligatoriska etikträningsprogram är även ett sekventiellt ingrepp att utveckla socialiseringsprocessen med. Ett sådant program kan även visa på att fastighetsmäklarkedjorna från ledningens håll utför åtgärder för att främja etiskt beteende hos sina anställda samt att de vill skydda varumärket och ta avstånd från oetiska ageranden.
